down to brighton next week for a few days and stopping in london for the day, ill have a marginally big bag (running kit in it) but last time i was at st pancras the left luggage was pretty prettttty expensive. alternatives? other than abandoned for it to be detonated by security?

Don't know which one would be close for that end of town, but the St Pancras Youth Hostel has big lockers available to guests and members.

De Menezes didn't jump the barriers (that was a lie knowingly spread by the Metropolitan Police) and the police didn't identify themselves at any point.
