Order an American Hot and ask for a fried egg to be placed in the middle. A runny yoke is essential.

The Romana pizza bases are ace - you get a bigger pizza, with a thin base and you can have any of the regular pizza toppings on one (for a little extra cash) if you don't fancy the 4 or 5 set options.

The Romana ones are good.

Be warned the Etna is very hot.

Sicilian however since 2000 they have reduced the circumfrance and toppings gradually. Abit like Pret- used to stuff its sandwiches with loads of fillings (part of its USP) now its thick crusts and fillings that are almost Boots-esque in parts.

Last year they increased the size of all their pizzas. The Romanas are even bigger.

American hot with extra peppers or a Sloppy Giuseppe.

The cheese cake is worth a go too.

Capricciosa is the way to go, with doughballs to start and a cold Peroni.

Harris, I'm with you on the runny yolk egg, but surely it's an oven baked egg, not fried 😉

American Pizza + egg + onion

Romana base with Etna topping. Brain not firing on all cylinders that day and was slightly drunk, didn't make the volcano connection. Thought Etna was a type of cheese. Surprisingly hot but very nice.

I think there's some Pizza HUT/Pizza EXPRESS confusion going on.
