I'm just going to have a little think before dashing down the supermarket for ingredients.

Thats disgusting - I mean it hasn't even been fried - what kind of weirdo would eat a cold raw pie-cake?

BINNERS TO THE FORUM

If Binners was the Roadrunner - this thread is exactly the kind of trap Wile E Coyote would set 🙂

I love pies and cakes and this I shall be trying as soon as I've convinced my partner to make one. I'm fairly certain she'll jump at the idea...

...Convincing done. Just need to decide on what goes in what.

Have you tried merrangue on top of a cake? Specifically a coffee cake with a merrangue on top. So so good.

The best 'pie' ever, was the breakfast pie served by the bakery (on Rolle or Albion street?) in Exmouth. Yunkie needed for factual validation.

Bacon, egg and sausage, in a pastry case.

Just a little bit good!

Local café does English breakfast pizza, bacon, saus, egg, black pud & cheese & tomato on a thick pizza base with a side of beans

Had a Greggs festive bake in a cheese and onion sarnie for my snap today, tasted rank but had 2 plus points
1. Saved time(longer snooze time)
2. No flakey pastry dandruff to deal with
