Looking into a career change into physiotherapy - interested in any info on salary levels/grading system (seen lots of grade 6 positions advertised). What level is a graduate? NHS or private practice salaries? Particular routes to go down to increase likelihood of employment etc?
I've researched entry reqs into colleges etc, just looking for 'real world' advice from any physios on STW.
