Shot on the steps near Liverpool 1 shopping centre.
There is a football club shop in the centre called "Everton 2", rumour has it this name was chosen because it resulted in the postal address Everton 2, Liverpool 1.

Every year on the Thanksgiving holiday in the US, a thousand mountain bikers descend on Fairfax, Caliornia for the annual Appetite Seminar. This year riders who turned out early saw a spectacular inversion layer. I must have seen a dozen photos on FB, all taken from the same spot.

First time i've ever stopped peddling and been blown along sections of the uphill.

@Bonchance - that looks like it was just a wide aperture which gives a small depth of field (less stuff in focus).

To replicate it, look for something on your camera that controls the f stop (aperture priority or full manual). A smaller number gives you a wider aperture which in turn gives a smaller depth of field.
