Do you Guys ever retouch or enhance your photos after taking them?

Most of the time for work stuff as I usually build the image in post or do focus stacking for close-up of wris****ches.
Could be anything from half to 3 hours per image depending on what needs doing.
Sometimes use speciallist retouchers for retouching beyond my skill level.

I seem to be focusing on astro-photography at the moment. Here's my latest attempt, it’s a wide field view of comet Lovejoy. Passing through the constellation of Andromeda on its way through the plain of the Milky Way. Lovejoy is the tiny turquoise coloured dot just below centre and slightly to the right.
