Puppy has just chewed through the phone line, so lost Internet and work!

What kind of cable do I need to go buy to rewire it?

Looks like main box to an extension point...so an extension cable...

I've patched a couple of bits from dog chewy incidents.

even gone down the 'twist the wires together and hold it all with insulation tape' approach and still get decent internet.
