She has had it for a week and told me she wants to get rid of it
I've told her to stick with it, but she has got the usual habit of not listening when I try to explain how to use anything. I put it down to stubborness
Any ideas for a phone that would be easier to use
I ideally wanted to get her something that would allow use of whatsapp, but that's not essential
Motorola Moto G 3rd gen. Most intuitive smart phone Ive used and cheap at about £140. Sim free and no bloat ware.
iPhone is most user friendly for oldies IME.

Program freinds and family so she can do one touch dialing on it.

If she wants apps then get her a tablet - she'll be abel to see the screen a lot more easily and they're more forgiving of less acurate finger jabs.
