No the water running thing is completely real. There are dozens of mini docs online about it including the guys featured in the clip.
Anyway, people are more awesome now, that video is over 2 years old.

cool video clip though. Saw that Damien Walters (the guy leaping over the car) on RudeTube the other night which prompted me to check out his vids on YouTube. The guy is pretty awesome.
