[Closed] Peak District Lunch - Help needed

On the one hand Ive just been phoned by the boss and told I have to do a site visit in Manchester tomorrow as my fat lazy loser colleague has pulled a sicky

On the other hand I have been given a nice slack day to drive over from the Fens and take my time

So if I potter up the M1 and turn left instead of the M6 I have the run of the Peak for lunch

Where would you lot suggest please?
I want good honest food
Nothing poncey

Full english preferred to jus reduction of blahh with a lamb shank ragu with blah and blah and £££££

If you know what I mean

Any location good if it includes some good driving roads between Chesterfield and Stockport

Not sure if I'll have any time for riding - I need to negotiate further
