Been having trouble with my PC with Windows store apps failing to download, so I tried to go back to a restore point when it was working.
Now it wont boot to Desktop or restore at all. My only options are reset this PC.
I take it I'll have reinstall Steam etc etc?

Try a recovery disc/USB if you have a spare computer? Alternatively do an install to a different partition/drive then access your steam libraries from windowsold.
I would just do a clean install however.

Just reset the PC all seems to be working spot on now.
