i'm a dumbass when it comes to pc's, basically my 2yr old has been pressing buttons and all the fonts have changed the icons on my desktop have changed size , everything looks a bit fuzzy also, how the ****y**** do i get it back to normal??
you could just do a restore to this morning? (lazy, but should reset it all)

find a system restore point which predates your kid's messing about
then find a restore point in your life before said 2 yr old was born, and get your life back

Sounds like they have changed the display resolution.
Right click on an empty part of the desktop and select Properties
Click on the settings tab and use the Screen resolution slider to select a different resolution until you get to one which looks correct.
Right click on the desktop and look at properties. Set your resolution to the highest your monitor supports.
Just have a play with the settings. Go "start" then "control panel" then scan through thelist to see which one looks like it might be relevant to the problem.
Don't be scared to nose around! That's how I learned.
