I've had my current account linked to my paypal account for years. I've just tried to send a paypal gift and it doesn't seem to be able to do it for nowt. The option was an eCheque 😐
Anyone else had this happen?

Happened to me when trying to send a few quid - more than paypal was happy with considering they take it from your bank a few days later I guess!
Had to use my card through paypal.
Not sure what the limit is before this kicks in???
had this issue a while ago. when i linked my current account i had to provide a backup method of paying such as credit-card, incase the current account didnt work. What happended was the credit card details expired so paypal put a halt on transfers until i updated the details. So check all the details you have registered, somthing could be out of date.
Aye - been caught out with this before. Had a new card recently? Even if it's the same account, a new card will have a new card number - the new card needs to be added to your paypal account.
