Just went to send the ubiquitous gift payment, and I cannont select my primary bank account as funding to avoid paying the fees. This is doing my head in.
Then again, it is PayPal after all!

Sure. but they offer the service of gift without fees when you select your primary source of money, yet do not offer you the actual option of this. Misadvertised.
