Do you get to hear the old podcasts or just the ones coming up?

Normally with patreon you get access to all the content that exists as well as upcoming things. That's how it's been for the few things I've signed up for.

I didn't say you can listen to a lot of stuff FOC if you can put up with ads for Better Health.
