Is it normal to have a cold at least 50% the time if you have young children?

Use hand gel at work wash hands at home, take echinacea, try and get lots of sleep, drink water, careful to use separate towels etc

Any more tips?

V Bored of it now and going to buy an NBC suit to wear at home as I've prob had one of my worst cycling years ever, not done a single event for the first time in about 10 years. I get the next cold before I've got over the previous one.

Bobbins.
