Ouch surprised they(Yodel) are still in buisness

I had a Yodel collection booked for 31st via Amazon ereturns. Stayed in all day (which I was doing anyway but that's not the point) but they never showed up. Phoned them on 2nd to complain/rearrange and they told me it was due for collection that day. Didn't even seem to realise turning up a day late wasn't acceptable.
Shit company.
Mentioned before the saga of Mr Toast's shoes - he arranged with the Yodel courier to pick it up from the depot the next day, he went to the depot and it wasn't there. The courier had forgotten the conversation, tried to deliver it again, and left the parcel "with one of the neighbours across the road".
Unfortunately he couldn't remember which one, and hadn't filled out or left a card. He then lied and claimed that he'd phoned and "a woman" had said it'd be fine to leave it with the neighbours. Given the only 'person' in the house at the time was the dog, he was either lying, or Benny has hidden talents.
I had a massive rant at Yodel on Twitter because they ignored an email. That got their attention. It also got the Daily Mail's attention last month, one of their journalists asked if I'd be happy to be interviewed about our Yodel experience for an article they were writing.
Yodel Vs The Daily Mail - it's like Aliens Versus Predator, but even more naff. Staying well out of that one..
Parcelforce can't be too smug though, it's taken them two weeks to deliver an Express 24 parcel - we were expecting it to be delivered during the Christmas holidays, but no... first day back at work. Mr Toast goes on their site, selects the option to collect from the depot the next day, then six hours later its being loaded back onto the van for delivery. *sigh*
They decided to deliver it to a random neighbour across the road as well, at least they left a card with the house number and name on!
