The App on our windows 10 pc has decided to send our emails out as spam today so they are not being received by the recipients, it works fine using the webmail or from the Outlook App on my iPhone, is there a simple way to sort this please? I have used the App for years and this has never happened before and I’m clueless as to what has changed. Cheers
Send as plain text - that works
All my normal HTML emails are bouncing back as well - but thats only for my @hotmail.com account
My business email from the same outlook on office365 is fine !
Ours is a hotmail account too, dodgy update perhaps?

Use that then? I haven't used a fat Outlook client other than for work email in years.
Sounds like it's a problem at their end, just need to wait for them to sort it out.
First off, is it Outlook or the native mail [u]program[/u]?
I had the same issue yesterday. Account got locked as I was sending spam, email to less than 20 recipients. Unlocked the account and could send from the web app ok, took a few hours before I could send anything from the PC app. Not had this issue before, sounds like Microsoft stuffed something up.
