but how he doesn’t go off for kicking out like that I have no clue.

Only listening to the commentary, but I wonder if it had been someone other than Ronaldo would they have been sent off?

4-0 at half time..... Sounds like what both teams deserve.

Ole out yet binners?

After seeing he was starting the same players in the same formation as Wednesday night, I was incredulous. Especially as that involved a midfield of McFred

It went so well

Do we actually have a defence? Or a midfield?

This is a complete shitshow. I’m sat next to a gloating Scouser too

It's certainly not a nil nil then.

First one was waist high, his head just went.

I'd have given a yellow.

And then another yellow for the dissent of walking off. He knew he was going to get something, at least a talking too and almost definitely a card and yet walked 50 yards away. Clear dissent.

He was a lucky boy for sure, an angry home crowd and he was gone, though when getting tonked like this he's not of much use unless you need someone to stand around with his arms in the air.

United look a worse team with him in it, despite the goals - it's weird. They said the same about him at Juve.

Can't remember if I posted it already but I saw a stat that not only does he do the least pressing of anyone in the league he does half as much as the next on the list.

Watching the goals, that defence just don't work together, first goal they just rush out for balls that aren't needing to be chased down by defenders, second they aren't even aware of where they are, third they just stand about, Salah moved past two defenders to get back on that ball for his goal, fourth, well not much to say.

this has potential to get to vide-printer word territory.

And now that's referred I think it has to be red.

The clip of Fergie looking rather glum followed by Dalgleish laughing says everything about this match.

That was as clear a straight red as you’ll ever see. A proper leg-breaker. Ronnie is lucky to still be on the pitch and so is Bruno

This could be double figures

Embarrassing

Could be worse...could be a Norwich fan (cringes). Norwich are shaping up to be the worst prem team of all time and are most certainly not good enough be be anywhere near the top flight. I'm almost hoping for some kind of Eurovision result where we don't get a single win so we can claim the official worst ever title.

I was out for my 50th birthday party last night and was feeling very very rough. I have to say this game has cheered me up no end

Oh, it got funnier. Don't think Pogba's tackle was much worse than Fernandes' TBH.

It’s certainly not a nil nil then.

He was half right. Which, to be fair, is more than he usually is.

This could quite possibly be Graeme Souness' best day of his life, his team thumping united at their place and Pogba sent off!

Neville is still making excuses for Ole, trying to claim that it's a new team and project.

Always knew Pogba had a bit of a petulant edge to him, but jaysus. Otoh, it's the most effort I've ever seen him put in while wearing a United shirt. Is he just there for the money? He is completely different when he plays for France. United's answer to Ozil?

Dunno about that, he's been quite brutal about them mostly.

United’s answer to Ozil?

He makes Ozil look like Patrick Viera

Pogba is incredible for France.

Would be a classy touch for the Man U fans that are left to applaud Liverpool/Salah at the end but I can't see it. 🙂

Pogba is incredible for France.

Which makes it all the more mystifying. And frustrating, if you're a United fan.

That was just humiliating

And I’ve commented a few times about how infuriating it is watching Pogba play for France, where he actually bothers to turn up

Pogbas work rate for France isn't so different, but other players have enough work rate for him to create in moments.

You'll claim that award from the cold dead hand of Derby County fans....

United need a manager who has the balls/authority to drop Ronaldo and ship Pogba out, for starters.

Have you read the Observer article I posted before, fella?

United will win nothing while these parasites own the club. They literally couldn’t give a shit about results like today. They’re not running a football club. It’s a theme park.

This is absolutely bang on as to where United are and what the priority of the owners is

It’s absolutely dismal

It's certainly true that France has players that paper if his defensive weaknesses but United create more chances and score more goals when he is on the bench. If he were using his best qualities for United, that wouldn't be the case.

He doesn't drive with the ball, he takes the easy passing option, he doesn't seem to want to get involved in going forward. The opposite of what he does with France.
