Thought it was quite good. Not the best way to launch a complaint, but kinda clever and probably a good way of warning other people. Also that guy has balls.

no, but it looked like one of those emails you get with no explanation and just a 'follow this link for a laugh' type message - made me think 'Mmmm, should I just blindly follow?' so I checked.
