I went to Yosemite quite a few years back now. The squirrels were really friendly and one came up real close in the outside cafe. I was laying on the floor in all positions trying to get a good photo of it.
An American dude got annoyed trying to get past me, my large camera and the little animal saying, 'it's just a squirrel man'...
It wasn't just a squirrel, it was a tame squirrel.

There's one that squawks (really loud) at the back of my house. I didn't know they did that until I saw it with my own eyes, videoed it, horrible sound as well.
