Has anyone used an online course to improve a foreign language?

I used to be OK at German (AS level I got a B, then dropped it, used it on holiday since). It’s now cropping up at work as we have a sister GMbH company, so I would like to refresh my knowledge and maybe improve a bit.

I tried Duolingo but didn’t make the time regularly to do it, so wondering about an online course. I was intending to do an evening course back in March but that all went south!

Any recommendations?

I use Doulingo, I try to keep my streak going as an incentive, 320 days at the moment (Spanish).

Try language transfer, it's a free course. I'm doing Greek, it's very good.

I'm doing Duolingo for German.

It's fun but you have to make the time ;o)

I use Duolingo as well, you really have to make it a habit. I was hit and miss at first but now on a 385 day streak, I don't necessarily enjoy doing it every day but it's working and I feel some sense of achievement when I can see the progress I'm making.
