Got the bug for a watch that
1) classic analogue, looks like e.g. Omega Seamaster
2) waterproof
3) is solar powered
4) always accurate (atomic remote controlled timekeeping)
5) stopwatch
Kinda like a G shock type, but any more 'formal' or classic looking ones to have a look at?
Thanks
Casio does a fair few of them; not sure what your price range is, but that would be my first port of call. Sorry, don't know the model listings well enough to recommend specific ones, but I know they have a selection
The Citizen World Chronograph matches what you're looking for. I have a G-Shock Riseman, which is atomic, solar and has a stopwatch plus a bevy of other functions, but it's certainly not a dress/classic watch.
As said Citizen are good at this.

Make sure you get a Sapphire Crystal if you go Citizen - a lot of them have mineral glass.
I have fairly expensive titanium eco-drive with a mineral glass face. It's only about 2.5 years old and it looks a bit of a dogs dinner. Its not as if I wear it working as a car mechanic or anything either.
I can get it replaced but they will only replace with another mineral glass.
Casio edifice for me please.
This one ... Casio GW-M5160-1ER.
I bought one from here.
Good service and well priced.
Very happy with it.
