fell out with paypal a while ago and no desire to go back.
however, i bought something on ebay for a good price but laddo insists on paypal.
fair enough.
through ebay though I can pay through paypal as a visitor / guest.
so far so good.
my question is this, as a visitor / guest payer (for want of a a better phrase) if it turns out to be a bogie, how do I go about getting a refund (if indeed i can)?
