Hi all,
I've removed the cells from an old laptop battery and I hope to use them to power my Ultrafire 501B torch and el-cheapo helmet light. I don't think they are 'protected' as I imagine that circuitry was in the laptop battery itself. So how do I go about turning them into a battery pack or charging them safely? Can I use the XtarMP1 Charger I already have to charge them even though they aren't protected?
