Taking a bunch of senior pupils on a Geography field trip. Any advice on hiking shops? I was going to get a new softshell while down there. Thanks

Lots of shops in the village itself with lots of nice shiny hill gear as well as lots of people wearing said shiny gear posing in Gore tex with walking poles when they should be out of the village in the hills.
Sometimes some good sale items if you look around but in my experience shops are a bit costly there.

It's a climbing shop but has lots of general walking gear and clothing.
