My 11 month old Radars went a bit weird and ended up looking like this..
So I sent them back to Oakley on Monday...
And got these sent back today...
So, a massive thumbs up for Oakley UK.... Spot on service... 
Oh, and Brant.. They [i]were/are[/i] genuine... 😀
Oakley customer service is amazing, just as well Oakley products are ****in abysmal!
sent my monster dogs back a week ago after almost a year of use due to the laquer bubbling up and got a brand new set back, they had prescription lenses in too and when they came back i had a new set of lenses, completely scratch free.
brilliant in a fast show way
Oakley C&S hasnt been the most helpful since they got sold IMO.
Keep going through watch straps at a rate of knots, they split about 13 months in, and they wont replace them. Useless.
I knackered some lenses on an A frame. My own fault. They charged me £30 to replace them which is fair as it was my fault and it's retail for a new lens but it's not as good as their custmoer service used to be.
