I have my mobile contract with 02, but are the broadband services any good ?
Both the home and mobile broadband ?
Any experiences, good and bad ?
I have the mobile broadband at home. It's OK, quicker than dial-up, but speeds only approach land line broad band very occasionally - watching anything on iPlayer for example would be pretty frustrating. It also shows images at low quality which is annoying and can't be turned off unless you mod Firefox.
I've had o2 home broadband for nearly a year. A few teething problems early on, but easily sorted with free calls to the helpline. Otherwise it's been great, fast, stable connection. Much more reliable than orange who we were with previously

I find it ok, and you can speak to British people if you need help. It was set up quickly, their timescales were bang on during this process.
Had it for a couple of months and found to be perfect so far - no problems easy set up (ignore their set up CD) and speeds are fine for what I need - cheap as well
I'd recommend 02.
