number is 07891 902962 which from googling is from a company called ADVANTIS and they appear to be some kind of debt collection agency. i certainly do not owe any money to anyone. if i did you would think they would write to me no?
they left a message instructing me to call back on an 08XX number which turns out to be a premium call rate number. so i'm not going to do that either.
plenty of horror stories of poor treatment and intimidation on the net.
is there a way of blocking numbers from mobiles?
Yes, most phones (including iPhone now with iOS7 update) should have this function built in. Obviously the method will be different though depending on what phone you have!
