was about to send them a scathing e-mail after being on the phone with them for 20 minutes about my coverage or lack off. Now turns out there's a known fault witht eh phone I have (Nokia E71)
long story short i stopped myself from sending the e-mail - think i might be being guided towards the far too shiny iphone rather than fixing the problems with the phone i've got (hoped they'd let me out of my contract for a nominal fee)
I feel like i've regained a little from Karma rather than just shouting my mouth off 😀
