I am a big fan of at least one zipped pocket on a pair of shorts, after spending several summers losing phones, wallets, change etc when sitting down outside.*

Thing is, I am starting to wonder if such a thing still exist? Looked in Next/Burtons etc, but nothing.

*Possibly while drunk.

There's some excellent zip off leg trousers in marks. Mine are grey and cost about £35. 2 zips on bum,and 2 zips on legs . So impressed I bought 2 pairs.
As trousers they are reasonable as well.

A quick trawl thru TK Maxx should sort you out.

I'm liking the look of these. They're not for everyone though.

Looked in Next/Burtons

😐

Ok, ok, I'll try and be helpful...

Hows about cycling shorts (but one's that take inners) without the inners? They nearly always have a zipped pocket or two, don't they? Or at least velcro jobbies.

While doing a quick browse, I came across this site: http://www.encove.co.uk/ which has shorts you might be seen dead in off the bike. 🙂

In this modern era its not socks and sandals, they are referred to a micro bacterial sandal liners.
Ps the mentioned trouser/shorts have a discrete elasticated waist band.
Now where did I put my beige cardi?

Quite - Craghoppers with zip off legs, open pockets with zip pockets behind and a large'ish cargo pocket. Try them on though cos fit seems a bit haphazard £25 IIRC

Sort it out Jamie you're not even as old as me and you're asking for fashion advice on here. Even DD wears skinny jeans.

The alternative is shooting yourself.

I have a pair of 'cargo' shorts from Fat Face that have a range of pockets.
