We live in an idyllic row of houses, all council and with the majority of us, proper tenants, considerate and always willing to help each other. We just get on with it.
Recently a family moved in, with issues and have somehow set the other problem neighbours off.Overall the noise is incredible. Lets just say interbreeding in one family, the children abusing each other in another, multiple kids who you never see the young ones that kind of thing. It is worthy of Jeremey Kyle.The next door one has a son whose wife ran off with his brother and had kids with, lives at home and now has a hot tub which he sits in alone at night.
Any thoughts on what to do? Can the council impose curfews etc. I am looking
