shouldn't need one. rear end shunts are as close to strict liability as you can get. Drive into the back of someone you are to blame

Which is why it's popular with crash for cash scams ๐
Only crash I had was my fault rear end shunt guy in front. He started pulling away at a roundabout and suddenly stopped. Thinking about it now years later I do wonder if it was deliberate. Still my fault for not leaving enough space to stop in case he suddenly stopped for no apparent reason.
