Now that it is getting darker earlier in the evenings it got me wondering....
If one wanted to live somewhere that had 12 hours daylight all year round, would that be the Equator type area?
I know that Arctic places don't get dark during the summer, but I don't think I could handle the darkness through the winter.
For me getting light about 6am, and then dark about 9.30pm all year round would be about right.
IGMC...

More or less I believe - although it's not precisely 12 hours.

Well unless you change the meaning of "12 o'clock" that ain't going to happen.
We now get about 12hrs daylight in Brisbane, just coming out of winter now. In summer we get about 14hrs.
Ahh... Days are getting longer. Now if it would only stop raining.
Sunshine and blue skies all weekend, not supposed to rain until Monday.
Damn, what a shame.
Days are getting longer here too - but rain and wind getting stronger as this w/end evolves 🙁
Still, with summer on the way there'll be more night riding to be done - Temp gets below 30c some nights! 😈
Ahh, Australia, what a funny place you are!
