Someone linked to the Daily Wail story on this and already there were 700+ comments, along the predictable lines of cyclists should pay road tax/be banned forever/burn in hell/not ride on pavements/have number plates.

🙄

But yes, the irony of the story littered with pictures of the miscreant, snapped by other paparazzi was clearly missed by the average Daily Wail reader...
