I was expecting rubbish but actually that is pretty cool! Can be beaten in the same way any D-Lock is I guess but not without frame damage which may be enough for the scum to just leave it alone!
funny, I was expecting cool and got rubbish.
Not bad, don't like the hole it leaves in your top tube though.
On that same site....have you seen this? MTB/Backpack

one quick flick of a scratters wrist and i magine the frame would be in more parts that it started the day!
So you always have to have something at just the right height to lock your bike to.
Eh, is it just me or can you "break" the lock just by undoing the stem? Leaving aside that it's a little toy lock, and also that the straight hasp of the lock being on the stem side leaves it open to being levered off just by turning the bars...
crap design and pointless...
the lock is inside the steerer tube. also acts as a steering lock, so if someone rode off with it in place they'd crash. i wouldn't want to have it on my bikes, but i liked the thinking.
I'm just itching to drill a big hole in my frame & steerer - where do I sign up ?
