[Closed] NHS Part rent part buy advice please

Morning all

Can anyone shed any light on part rent part buy keyworker mortgages or point me in the right direction for some information. I've had a google and come up with some details from different companies but some real world advice would be much appreciated. I'm not very good with this sort of thing so idiot proof is good lol

Can you buy any property like this or does it have to be specific developers at certain locations? As my cirumstances appear to be changing I can't afford to straight out buy but dont want to fall into renting forever.
