My sister is looking to get a bike on the cycle to work scheme through her employer, the NHS and has asked me to give her a selection of bikes.
Does anyone know what shops the NHS use as a 'partner?

We use these, they are quite helpful they will tell you if there is a scheme running for your trust and will be able to give you a list of shops in your area, there are lots 🙂 I fact I may have the list somewhere in one of my emails. I'll have a look...
