morning all. in yesturdays metro was a peace about closing the bar where MP's can get cheaper drinks while working - would anyone raise a glass to this news ?

raise a glass to MP's bar closure - metro news 09.12.17
?
everyday i grind
to my people is the serve
please don't take away my unwind
one stiff drink is the least i deserve.
getting by on 74k is a disgrace
i could well need a pacer
working with no alcohol blood trace
the thought is telling me i need my third chaser.
its no secret on corruption
absolutely rife with us posh
scam fiddle and avoid is a good assumption
come in and at £3.40 let me buy you a grolsch.
remember it trickles from this institution
every law passed is our clue
even if i pay i oppose prostitution
that hooker went through all my malibu.
wrong is the bar closure
the expression on my face is a pass
to the local MP this won't get exposure
the way we handle is to raise a glass.

I agree purist - very windy here - much calmer in the jungle but ian won't be feeling this. anyone else enjoy ian getting bit of own medicine ?

we rise to ian like he did to amir 09.12.17

will it come round

not yet started to heel

its that repeat sound

jungle fishing and ian is the reel.

so who did cook

did the genius leave ian numb er

more classy then a right hook

presented not by dumb but dumber.

thank you to the champ

for providing a delightful meal

harder then hitting a post lamp

amir made ian no how it does feel.

to totally annoy

desperate for a reaction

do not no why sky does employ

when on the paper review has no attraction.

glad you did rise

to amir i am complementary

failure was your jungle excise

the wind up this time was on ian lee.

I like the news and current affairs - anyone see this story ?

south is going north with christmas lights 09.12.17

?
i am not going to post
internet is more effective
mr south to you i toast
not one single objective.
to the village is no publicity
community message boards no longer rent
papers and covers don't compare to electricity
this is a free world and its your pocket dent.
it is a wonder land
complementing the supreme holly lodge
writing this is shaking your hand
more people to see even if poem dodge.
it is of top grade
for children it adds to the excitement
proud would be slade
infarct might ask him to come out of retirement.
now all we need
lot of snow falling
from my words i hope you heed
your house is anything but "appalling".

this is how life should be played

your qualities are many

sorry but to ITV this will be delayed

through primeperformersagency is how i get to jennie.

absolutely consistent

that is a main factor

the goodness in you is persistent

views from this chameleon actor.

you was my winner

this is why i am bottom rock

bottom - rock - are you insinuating panther 😀 back to more news and would love to hear your views on back handers ?

where is my ????? - VEOLIA ? 10.12.17

i was crawling

got a ASBO from the curb

soliciting is absolutely appalling

you pick up dirt and turd.

its rife in every street

local authorities ignore the scabs

£10 can buy you whats sweet

its fantastic when you get free crabs.

getting caught is a tombola

even the council workers prostitute

next time just wink at veolia

removing all evidence is cute.

this story could not skip

a serious message is my prize

what is the use of a microchip

when it can be over rid when you apologize.

sorry if you fail to understand

one day i am going to get a knighting

guilty is veolia and the back hand

the fraud is £10 for pussie i'm highlighting.

me neither 😯 going to draw a line under jungle now and its on with life - just waiting for CBB next month - will any of you bikers be watching ?

one two and ian lee 11.12.17

3 weeks are over

happy is undeniable

ian winning would have been a ben dover

complaining to ITV is not reliable.

can live with the bronze medal

my jennie praise had no stock

should have used a different peddle

a bit derogatory is jennie from the block.

jamie i did misjudge

have to grovel

just like he wanted chocolate fudge

assuming by cover is different to the novel.

toff is a reality star

the cameras are at her beckon

but her consistency won't scar

was disbelief real what do you reckon.

over is the camp

no more poetry to smother

just have to get through the january ramp

then its love of my life big brother.

Poemtrack ..
When it was pointed out to you that you should have one place for your work ..did ( whoever it was that made that fantastic suggestion ) ..not also highlight that it should be as far away from this forum as possible ..
You really are talentless ..but at least I now know that you are being contained in one place 😐

While I have been making playful digs at poemtrack, it really is harmless what they're doing.

It's Christmas, hodgynd.
The time for cheer, have a beer!
and a mince pie, guy!

Jamie - I like 😀 now jungle is over going to jump back to news and the bbc inspired me this morning with the story below my poem. just thought has anyone experienced this in work ?

harassment survey 11.12.17

welcome to my survey

its going to be a shiner

we have no time to delay

just going to rub your vagina.

i no you are in need

probably first job and naive

a few subtle hints are the seed

this gentleman will prepare for your receive.

let me explain hardship

as a director i to did experience

over me highgate had a firm grip

they used and abused because of convenience.

now a turn

seen my force

even if the village i still yearn

i no not appropriate is the poetry sauce.

harassment in any form

it is wrong

sorry but it will always be the norm

business and power ensure it will always belong.

poemtrack - Member
it has been pointed out I should have one place for all my poetry. so this is it.

Why just the one thread?

Seriously, your posts just seem to be commenting on different things, but in rhyme.
Seems a bit unfair, boyyyyy's.

Loving your work, btw.
I read them out loud with my cap turned sideways and channelling the Young MC.

Art, whether photography, poetry, mad skillz, drawing etc should be encouraged and always has been on here.
It's one of the reasons I like this place.

Can we fight the power?

tate village 12.12.17
?
welcome to privilege
high is the score
no better place with in mileage
highgate is not one of four.
every visitor will be complementary
highgate is renowned
thank the lord no poetry that's contemporary
pointing out the change of ground.
is the new building frustration
got proof on the alba phone
will it appear in the bankside power station
have a look and see if it changes the village tone.
i am in a pickle
the village is my manner
but is this change the good trickle
or in highgate is a spanner.
https://ibb.co/fq9Yub

keith did win legacy 12.12.17
?
very few get a mention
you really had to have impact
keith won't get a village extension
but a lovely man is a fact.
problems were a throttle
AA was a sticker
so many find the way in a bottle
everyday is a recovery from the liquor.
never a bad word
all news you can tag
ok "naked jungle" was absurd
but the big breakfast was delightful with zig and zag.
invited into our family
we did all adore
a great loss i say sadly
we will always remember keith at our door.

jaminb - be warned - not everything I write everyone likes and you will be the same. but thank you for your kind words. this poem was from yesterdays metro newspaper about a MP trying to stop the delivery of food on bikes but it also involves me as if you have my app - you can order a poem and I will deliver 🙄

daniel astaire takes on deliveroo and finished poemroo - metro news 13.12.17

i am a entrepreneur
the genius in me is rare
all the wealth is now a blur
this poem blames daniel astaire.
i do operate in westminister
the rich are very cunning
all suited and booted covering sinister
i have delivered vile poems that are stunning.
deliveroo was my inspiriation
now its my rival
they are causing ear drum penetration
off goes my engine of road arrival.
it is anti social
nandos first to feel the hammer
but not feeling emotional
one down equals more bad spelling and gramma.
may i take this opertunity
use my app and poem gannet
the small print is my immunity
poemroo is free to all on the plannet.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/12/08/crackdown-delivery-apps-westminster-residents-complain-noisy/ - please be aware poemroo does not exist due to a small supply and demand issue - i was ready but not one single demand.

There was horrible man from Alabama.
Who should have been in the slammer.
It went to the vote.
They rejected the scrote.
Now to impeach the orange scammer.

dav and dan
I got a plan
to stop us feeling blue
lets set up the poem crew ? thank you u 2. really made me smile. I was reading online about this comedian that is going through hardship and it really made me feel how lucky we are we can say what ever we want with in reason here and my heart goes out to this lady. to raise awareness of her is my aim.

debauchery shaimaa ahmed 13.12.17

we have to stick

or we will all crack

artists expressing is no hard trick

below all poetry is a photo of my ball sack.

of course there is opposition

they rule with the 'fist'

will have to keep a eye on the egyptian

when the poetry stops you no why the mist.

shaimaa ahmed was silly

in your stunt is no shine

playing with a banna and apple to recreate a willy

all done with a board highlighting sixty nine.

maybe to shamed

could be a sign of repentance

you have been framed

not showing but receiving 2 years sentence.

up raw on the television

if you disbelieve i will do a lie detector

it proved a wrong decision

2 years also for the video director.

shaimaa we have a bond

its not as bad as cutting a archery

put out of a place so fond

i to get off on debauchery.

message for my chew 13.12.17
?
it is my code
let me give you a clue
with out it i would explode
indebted to all staff and camera crew.
you all keep me sain
every morning is a smile
over on ITV is unnecessary pain
not any threat from mr vile.
such great debates
never needing a moderator martial
playing devil advocate inflates
this man is always impartial.
have a lovely break
poetry will now stem
don't want your inbox to shake
because your all a gem.
see you all in january
wishing happy xmas and a year that's new
you are my best friends and that's not imagery
thank you all and especially my chew.

dannyh and davosaurusrex - I have put the kettle on - do you want one lump or 2 😀

and another thing jonathan from metro - tea bags ! 14.12.17
?
times have altered
no one can decline
now i am going to be slaughtered
tea in the office is as filthy as harvey weinstein.
people have different expectations
on a level is not hygiene
its the reason for all cross contaminations
a change at the palace says queen.
it looks spotless don't deny
to the cleaner you thank on the blower
what you can not see is the fungi
had to google to say protozoa.
next time doing a brew
and for the tea bag you reach
you no whats going to skew
germs suck harder then a leech.
i have a solution
no if's but's or maybe
extreme consequences if any pollution
perfect tea comes from my tea lady.

while I'm all for free expression in art, why is it that you use the wrong words?

for example: Sain. Sain is a french word that means healthy, in your context that doesn't really work, so do you mean sane? Which still scans and is in context, so just sloppy execution? You can't be bothered to find the right word? You don't know how to spell? You don't understand English? You can't be arsed to check? Poetry like any form of literature needs to express itself clearly, you can allude fo'shure, but you still need context and clarity of thought, neither of which are here.

and the poem today, starts with a statement, which you then don't refer to again, so did you you just change your mind about what the poem is about? It's just confusing. ramble on a bit about how dirty tea is? makes no sense, presumably you mean the mug? But you don't mention that "A change at the palace says queen" is out of context, confused and appears again to a. have no meaning, within the poem and b. isn't referred to again, it jars, and appears out of place...

I'd rather have work that at least nods towards the actual "craft" of poetry. This stuff doesn't, it's just random words bunged together.

This is a tremendous lesson in how not to write poetry

that poemtrack tries, however so woefully

and, although I applaud your endeavours poemtrack

it's a little crude to write within the same sentence

"ball" and "sack"
