put me on the Drink Less and Cheer Up list too Hora. Can't be doing with racing though, those people seem far too energetic, chipper and sober! Not mixing with those fit wierdos.

Resolutions are a waste of time, I have aims and goals for the year but resolutions never work, too short lived.

Aims rather than resolutions:

Get down to 12 stone - will check after the New Year but about a stone to lose

Eat more veg and salad

Finally get around to a 200k audax

Get a new job/role

Have a ride on a 29er

Change one of the bikes - not necessarily involving the 29er experiment

Need to start breaking them down and making them SMARTer

1. Go out with the local road club at least twice a week until the summer comes around.
2. Enter a race series for the spring/summer.
3. Finally complete the 100 push ups challenge!

stop the bloomin fags that I've started on again after years of being clean, mainly due to working far too much and too long and not being able to ride to use exercise to get my brain back in shape.

get back to being able to see my six pack...see above...thanks work

try and sort out my domestic life after 18 years looks like I'm gonna be single

ooooo and I must stop contemplating a short and bloody final solution.

think that's about it for now. ๐Ÿ˜•

Ride more. I only did 5,000km this year, that's half what I did in 2011.
Explore with my (yet to be delivered) Packraft
Give this bivvying thing a go (I'm a confirmed tent-aholic)
Try a Duathlon (or two)

Treat the bike training a bit more seriously, turning down a job offer. but mainly I'm going underground with regard to forums and Facebook etc. I've enough to think about and do within my own family world tbh.
