Ok so i signed up to twitter and havent really used it at all. Ive now woken to to fine myself following over 500 people. Obviously not be so is there a quick way to unfollow everyone?

I signed up purely to try to get someone at BT to take some notice of me. Noticed there was some kind of 'auto-follow' thing going on which I had to uncheck or it would sign me up to follow Kim Kardashian and The Scissor Sisters (and a load of other top celebrities, no doubt handpicked to match my normal internet usage).
deactivate your account as you no longer need it
get on with life
I've been on twitter for a while and still can't really see the point of it unless you are a celebrity or similar. I follow a few useful people like the Highways agency and so on but with the average life of a tweet being only six minutes you really have to keep on top of it if you want to get anything useful out of it.
