I bought a Grade B ThinkPad X1 i7 from www.Tier1online.com (ebay shop for b-grade).
They were fantastic on the phone, price was good and it was like new but for one small blemish that I couldn't care less about.
Could be luck of the draw, but looking at feedback and comments online, they seem to be pretty reliable.
