After some STW advice...

I want to change career into a related field (out of marketing and into market research). Lots of reasons why but I won't bore you with the details....

I have an interview on Thursday after which I will either get a firm offer or a 'no thanks'.Thing is I'm not sure if it's quite the right job for my ideal future direction - it's more of a numbers analyst than pure market research.

On the other hand I think the MD would be provide really solid leadership (something I've lacked for the last 15 years) and the people seem really nice, genuine and good at their jobs and I think I could learn a lot and I would fit in.

So, people/culture vs the job. What do you think?
If I don't take it I have a freelance contract which will keep me funded for enough time to find a market research job...
