With all the focus on the new I phone 3GS I haven't seen any changes announced to the more humble Ipod touch.
I thought the two were essentially linked in a lot of hardware respects.
So has anyone heard of any changes to the ipod touch?

It will ship with iPhone OS 3.0, no hardware changes at this point in time. With the 3GS upgrades mainly being processing power, camera and compass these aren't really things that would be be put on the Touch.
If you currently have a Touch and want 3.0 you will have to pay for the upgrade ($10 equivalent)
