OK new place has a nice big garage so I'm after some inspiration for the design / layout of it. Pics would be greatly appreciated and ideas on hanging bikes etc..
Why not put your car in the middle of it?
You need a good bench with a vice and lots of shelves with out of date/dried paint in. You might also want to get some of those drawers to put lots of random screws and nails in.
On a serious note, bikes can be mounted up on the wall by the front wheel or, like I have, hanging by the seat from the rafters. This does make it a sod to get down though and the wheels can sometimes get in the way of the use of power tools.
Somebody is going to post up a lovely painted walls/floor garage picture and make me jealous AGAIN.
Singltrack Calendar on the wall is a start.
