I have a couple of flats in Balham and recently had a new boiler fitted by a plumber from where I am now (25 miles west of London). His sister lives there so he's down that way a lot. I also do have the number for another guy who did a boiler in another flat a few years ago and did a good job. From memory, a new combi with system flush etc was sub £2k.
