Looking for a laptop max £400, but would like good processing speed, a largish hard drive, for storing music, and movies, And would like to be able to play sims 3. But it would mainly be used for surfing the net.
Don't know much about computers.
Any recommendations?

A couple of quid over budget, but i3, 6GB, 1GB dedicated graphics - I have had one for a couple of months now. It also feels very solid.
Dont know much about them myself either, but work got me a laptop that cost a fortune. Doesnt seem any faster than the old Dell Centrino laptop thats been knocked about at home for the last 6yrs. 😕
