SO the back of my fridge is pumping out a nasty smell, kind of like a moldy ham smell... is this bad/life threatening or is it just working or time in the heatand emitting a harmless gas?
It's a upright one under a worktop with 2-3 inches of vent at the back and 1-2 at the top. If that helps...

...didn't even know it had one. Took it out and cleaned it. No more odour and hopefully a long happy life ahead:)
