I love lemon meringue pie.
I'm a heathen though and only like the packet one from Greens with the biscuit base.
Fond memories of my mum making them when I was a kid 🙂
A special 'meal in' was chicken Kiev with corn on the cob and a jacket potato followed by a Greens lemon meringue pie 🙂
