How did he come to make the recording?
I've been trying for years to get my father-in-law to contribute to oral history like this - he served in the Fleet Air Arm onboard HMS Indomitable on Operation Pedestal, and has a rich story to tell

How did he come to make the recording?
I think it was something to do with the millennium project.
